Filmed this guide when I was away from my lab and needed to grow some Agrobacteria for experiments. This is a super fast, cheap and reliable incubator that can be used for growing bacteria or cell cultures.

Yanelab is Ukraine's first DIY bio lab located in Dnipro. It was founded in 2019 by the group of students from a local university with a goal of educating ourselves through DIY experiments because we wanted to get knowledge in biotechnology, but it could not be provided by Ukrainian educational system. Now our goal is democratization of biotechnology and popularization of science. We want to do that by providing resources and knowledge not only in our physical lab, but virtually also. You can join us by becoming a member and conduct your own research, donate to sustain lab and get cool merch.

I guess you could do an agar media cooking tutorial. Do a video for each media. Maybe how to grow certain plants? How do sequence genomes at home from a variety of different sources. If you have the equipment how to 3d print equipment. Ngl I need a dslr adapter for my microscope and if one can be made I'll consider buying it from you. Could definitely just use the 3d print opportunity to just set up a shop.

This is awesome! I based mine off David Ishee's. I used a iridescent light bulb lamp, hooked up to a thermostat. Then I added aluminum foil to the bottom. Thing not only works good for cell cultures but can double as an egg hatchery
