So many of you have asked me how I keep my hair looking healthy & shiny & what I did to regain my hair after my post-partum hair loss so I thought I would share with you guys how to make this DIY Intense Shine & Conditioning Hair Mask. This is a mask I swear by which helps to keep my hair moisturised, giving it much care that it needs after all the styling that I do. It also aids in keeping your natural hair colour rich & strong. Watch the video where I list the ingredients & their benefits & show you all how I make it. Always make small batches especially with your DIY's as this shall keep it fresh & more potent & use this hair oil once or twice a week. Do make , use & share your results but consistency is key so keep using this once to twice a week constantly to keep the hair healthy. Remember alongside this keeping yourself properly hydrated , taking your vitamins & making sure your diet includes a lot of fresh fruits & vegetables will aid in giving the best results. Also make sure you exclude or limit white sugar , excessive salt & junk food from your diet. Can't wait to see you all use it & tag me while doing so !
