Onions : 3 Coconut oil: one cup Castor oil: 4 to 5 tbsp Methi daana, (fenugreek seeds): 3 tbsp Kalwanji (Nigella): 3 tbsp For nice fragrance add few drops of rose water or Lavender oil. Grind well all the seeds with onions, coconut oil, castor oil. Cook on low heat in a non stick pan while stirring with wooden spoon. Then, add one cup of almond oil and cook it for one minute. Now strain it well. When it is cold then add one tsp of rose water and few drops of Lavender essential oil. Now, the oil is ready. Keep it in an airtight Jar. And, always warm it before using. Massage the oil on your head with finger tips. Leave it for 45 min to one hour. Then, shampoo your hair.
