Thank you! My hair is 95% white with very few strand of my original dark brown left. My end still have T18 on them so I thought I might try this. I just threw it away. I’m glad I watched this. ❤️❤️

Same! I just bought it with 4 inch white growth at with and the rest with T18 . I would have sobbed after all the time I’ve spent growing out my white/gray!

I know you don't like it but I love that color on your hair!! You can see a lot more dimension after the toner and the grey suits you a lot more than the boring white. It would be a tragedy if you shaved it off but I hope you could wear it in public at least once just to show it off!

I really like that on you! It really compliments your skin tone and the makeup you are wearing goes wonderfully with it also! I'm middle age and cursed with Irish early grey! lol! My father was completely white by age 20 but unfortunately I was not as fortunate! While I started getting grey hair at age 16 I was given salt and pepper color until my mid 30s and then I started getting some white streaks that framed my face. I am about to attempt this color as well and pray it comes out as great as yours! It also makes you look actually younger in my opinion and like you're a lot of fun as well. Even though you said you probably wouldn't use it again I honestly think that is a mistake. Everyone has their own opinions and preferences though but now you know mine and that I think you look amazing! Wish me luck and I hope I am as fortunate as you when I am finished! I love it. Looks way better with your skin. You need to keep doing this. Looks so good on you. You can also buy a color rinse shampoo at Sally's beauty supply. They are like 10$ and have a bunch of colors and blond. All the reviews say they used on gray hair and they love it. Try it out. Fyi I really like this on you.

I love the new color. I think that it makes you look younger. But it is not white at all. I have some gray hair coming in, some of it is white. I am on a quest for light blonde hair so that the white regrow right in the front will not be so obvious. This has been a several month process using Wella Toner and Ion creamed permanent color. At first the toner did not tone my prelightened hair, so it looked too much like an ashy white-gray color. I am now on my third effort to get the desired color after several months and lots of Olaplex. This time I am doing strand tests until I get it right! I hate it when people say, “Just embrace your natural hair color!”

​@@luanapadilla7722 yeah, but if you're searching in yt you're mostly gonna find swatches in blonde hair with at least a slight yellow tint. Watching how it looks in an actual white haired person is what's interesting because you can clearly see the hue.

That toner is supposed to cancel out brassiness left from the lightening process. You didn't really have brassiness to cancel, so it had nothing to be counteracting, so added the gray tone. I had light yellow hair after lightening, mixed the snow cap with 10 vol, 2:1, and applied with damp hair and it turned out fine.

yes, it is not a color it is a toner. The swatch is to show what platinum with a bit of brassiness will turn to when used. It is not supposed to dye the hair white it is not a dye.

My hair is all levels of blond with not much brass (I lift different bits at different times/has an ombre type situation--lightest in front to the back, at its darkest). It looks like a natural blond but I want that WHITE for the front/bangs (fringe). I have snow cap, I have T18 Wella Charm, I have two other toners in the house...not sure anything will work to get the look I want (that I plainly see others having). Are they using white wax? Not interested in that, haha Thank you for any help if you even see this. Cheers.

I got the exact same color from using this product on my bleached blonde hair. I even got my hair a little damp beforehand so that if it didn't end up how I wanted it to be it wouldn't have grabed as easily. Super disappointed that there weren't any other reviews showing that this was a possible result. Great video though, I'll be sure to subscribe!

I got this too i havent used it yet. I bleached mine and its kinda reddish. Ive bleached and dyed my hair tons of times when i was younger but never used a toner lol.

Yah I tried this toner when I had white hair and it went dark grey and then into dark blonde after I tried to fade it. I had to bleach bath my hair. It was a disaster. Best toner I found was conditioner with a bit of manic panic purple hair dye. I would do that fairly often.

CynicalSim I actually bought this color previously to test out on 613 colors. Each time it turned them silvery gray but they were starting with a blonde palette. So I just thought I’d try it on mine....

You used a 2 to 1 ratio which diluted it too much and you didn't leave it on long enough, also you aren't supposed to use shampoo for two days after toning

You have to cancel out the yellow. Silver or white has to have NO yellow or I should say starts with pale yellow or lighter...think inside of a banana peel...for it to turn out right. Toning it will cancel out the yellow, but the underlying pigment will still be yellow. 2 of the trickiest colors to achieve 🤍

How did you get your hair the white color it was before using this stuff? I have all grey white hair naturally now and all I am using is a cheap box brand every now and then the palest blonde by Clairol I think??!!!! I can check when I’m at home. I like what it does, so I can blend it with my Palm Springs, and shaded biscuit wigs!! I love watching your videos!

I'm thinking you might have got a better result if you left it on for less time. I've had similar experiences with toners on very pale bleached hair myself. I've literally washed it off as soon as I've applied in some cases 'cos I can see it's going too dark. Just a thought anyway - it will probably look better after acouple of washes.

I just did the Exact same thing as did, to The Letter! Only difference, I bleached 1st & got it white as yours before you started. ION recommends you use 10 or 20 & leave 10-15min.. I went with 10v and by the time I got to 7-8min it looked really Dark grey! So rinsed it, conditioned it And, is now the same color as yours - Except on top, that turned blond! No white no platinum.... I hate Both colors!

I can NEVER get that Sheet of Blank Paper White either. I just lift and my blond is not brassy, ever, even at L10. It looks like natural baby towhead (is that how you spell it?) blond. Eff it, I gave up a long time ago.

your starting hair color looks at level 10/11 and very porous, thus I'd just grab a pigment depositing white semi-permanent one and that's it, that would make it whiter and without damage. manic panic, or whatever other pastel-white can do.
