Was thinking that you could drill holes in the base and run a metal bar or axel through it. Then attach some harbor freight wheel barrel wheels or compressor wheels.

Nice video , very good narration also, im going to build this for my best friend who has Parkinson, my only suggestion is I would like to see all r doors on the rack at once as with fronts having mirrors do you stagger them ? Or turn facing out. I'd like to do a wheel set up too. Thank you for creating the positive informative video , have a great summer

Glue will dry faster if you apply, slide in pipe section and turn it back and forth to cause friction 👌🏼 great video though

If you want, you might use pool noodles instead of the insulation. might be cheaper.
