I watched a few more videos of your farm animals made out of Jenga blocks. I love the barn. All the animals need a home, what a great place to live a Jenga block barn. I do not have any grandchildren yet…. I can’t wait to see a child expression when they see the barn and animals.

OMG ❤❤ I’ve just started crafting a little over a year ago. I really love working with the tumbling blocks from Dollar Tree, they aren’t nearly as straight and perfect as the real Jenga Blocks but considerably less expensive. Anyway, I’ve been looking and looking for things like this. I am so excited to get excited to get started on this.

I love this but I haven't found any of the bigger blocks yet. For the barn doors make the dowel rod stick out away from the barn then glue straws on the doors n slide the dowel rod thru the straws n put handles on the doors then u should be able slide the doors open n shut. Keep up the great work.

sorry to ask this but, I did not hear or see any flooring, did you add the floor, also how did you get the chicken to stay in the in the loft, or did I miss that part too? I love all your creations and plan on making all!
@thecraftyshopper40072 жыл бұрын
Hi Pam, at the time Jenga Blocks were hard to find so I didn't add flooring to the barn but you can add a base, just count the blocks one one side and the front or back, and you could add one. The part where the rooster is 2 rows of 2 blocks, 4 blocks. Just a little ledge for the rooster to sit on. Hope that helps ☺️❤️

Could you do a tutorial for the windmill? I didn't quite understand how you made that. Very clever ideas for these props. They are so cute! The display looked really nice at the end. So, if a person did this barn with DT Jenga blocks, the cost to make this barn would have been under $10, right? $4 for the blocks plus paint, glue, air-dry clay, dowels or whatever for the extras? Incredible!
@thecraftyshopper40073 жыл бұрын
Hi , the windmill was just 4 wood dowels glued to a little square piece on wood. I cut the welcome part of the sign off the Windmill with wire cutters. (The Windmill sign is from DT) I used a black rope and glued it on angles along the sides of the dowels. Hope that helped ☺️

I’m Working on this now but on the front in the back at the top where the role of six sits on top of the window I have a small space on both sides connecting to the top side wall and all the blocks are the same size. @thecraftyshopper40073 жыл бұрын
Hi Gloria, that is correct, my local DT here in my city, (Canada) haven't had them in a long time and when they do get them, they sell out fast. Our Canadian DT store doesn't let us order on line like the US. But you can still make it using the design I made, any Jenga Blocks, the only difference will be the size of the barn. I had many crafters use the DT ones for my Jenga Block Camper and Jenga Block Truck and zero issues. 😊
