I literally just got done making this. Your instructions were perfect and much appreciated! It came out so beautifully. I did a couple things different, though, to accommodate my wisemen, shepherd, donkey and sheep. After I glued my back and sides on, I made a small "deck" off the front by adding 4 blocks out from the original floor all the way across. It looked great like that, but i went a step further and added more to each side wall... they're short knee walls that have 2 of the openings in them. I wish I could add a picture of it. I love it so much and will be extremely proud to show it off. My husband can't believe it's made from the little jenga blocks from DT. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your instructive video! ❤️

Regarding the star wire. You said you have a Dremel. If you have the grinder cutting disk it should cut it off. Worth a try. I love the star also. It’s beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’m not sure how the wire on the star is attached but if it’s like a lot of the DT garden stakes you can remove the wire. Just heat up the wire where it attaches to the star with a lighter. Be sure to wear gloves because the metal will get hot. I do this to remove the wire from the garden stakes to use for crafting.
