"Mmmmmm. That's delicious"....takes another big bite.... I love how Emmy is not shy about taking a decent sized bite. Here's the recipe written out for y'all. : Jiggly Cheesecake Recipe (Use an 8 1/2 inch cake pan to bake the cake, wrap bottom with 3 layers of foil. Spray inside of pan with cooking spray. Line inside bottom with round of parchment paper. Line sides with 6 inch tall parchment paper) Melt together and cool: 130 mL milk 100 g butter 200 g cream cheese Beat: 13 egg whites with ¼ t cream of tartar When peaks form, gradually add in 1 1/3 cup sugar by tablespoons. Add to the cooled cream cheese mixture. 6 egg yolks and stir. Sift and whisk in: 60 g flour 60 g cornstarch 1 t vanilla Fold cream cheese mixture into 1/3 of the egg whites, then combine all together. Pour into prepared pan. Place pan into a larger pan and add hot water to the larger pan to fill up half the height of the inner pan. Bake at 320 F for 25 minutes. Lower temperature to 280 F and bake for an additional one hour and 25 minutes. Insert skewer into center and remove - the skewer should come out clean. Remove from pan and remove Cool. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or cooled. Cake will shrink with cooling by about 20% of it’s height. (Emmy prefers it cooled - less eggy taste). Serving ideas: serve with fresh fruit, ice cream, or your favorite ice cream sauce. Make sure you use an oven thermometer - don’t trust the dial of your oven!

Generally, when I watch these types of vids, it's always so perfectly recorded. For once, it is so imperfectly perfect. Just like most of us would be when working in the kitchen. Batter on the side of the bowl, oil sprayed on the counter, the burp, foil wrapped like "I don't care as long as water doesn't get in", crack on top of the side of the cake, icing sugar everywhere, taking a slice of cake with a piece staying behind, a piece fell off the hands. It doesn't matter as long as you are having so much pleasure...Just love it.

My grandma taught me to use 3 bowls when separating eggs especially when doing a lot. One bowl you crack the egg into and pull out the yolk and put into second bowl. Then pour the white into the 3rd bowl. You then start the process again. She explained that this way if you do happen to pop a yolk you haven’t ruined the whole batch of whites and only have to replace one egg rather than start completely over again.

I did it! It's so much simpler than it looks, what took longest was the cooking time, I did exactly as she did, and it WAS DELICIOUS!!! My family asked me to make it again for upcoming birthday! Thanks Emm💕

Hi I made this after following your instructions and it came out perfectly ! My coworkers love it ! Ps the ingredients were perfect except for the baking . I had to bake it on 350 for another 30 minutes to have the cake cooked through .

Ok, here´s the final recipe, and don´t skimp on the vanilla. This is what prevents the overly eggy flavor: 1/2 cup of milk 7/8 cup of cream cheese 7tbsp of butter 5 yolks 1tsp of vanilla 11 whites (whipped to soft peaks) 3/4 cup of sugar 1/4 tsp of cream of tar tar 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup of cornstarch handful of raisins bake for 70mins at 300 then 350 for 5mins (until the top is brown!) in a water bath. What I would do different from the buzzfeed video, once you put in the flour and the cornstarch together with the yolks, butter and creamcheese, beat the fuck out of that with with an electric beater. That is all.

I actually thought you would use all purpose flour in this recipe because it has so much corn starch... Mine are in the oven now, so we'll see!

I love your recipes. They're easy to follow and you're simply discriptive. Usually you use things that an everyday person would have in their kitchen and I appreciate that! Thanks Emmy!
