I'm late for my audio therapy. Nice build! Sounds really good too. Are you planning to use the new mic for your videos? Thanks for the upload. I always enjoy your videos.

Thanks. I may use this mic for my videos. But I have better mics and I will make some videos about those.

Why you soldered ground and red together and blue and green together ?
@AudioTherapy03 жыл бұрын
Because cable had 4 wires and I needed only 2. Also better conductivity.

is this mic need any power source ??? like battery ???
@AudioTherapy03 жыл бұрын
Yes. It’s condenser mic. Phone or PC already has that ~5 volt supply on input line.

@@AudioTherapy0 you realy sure about this ??? please check this video . in this video , he build this mic with battery link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXjXl5yKadyNna8
@AudioTherapy03 жыл бұрын
He did that because some devices don’t have that voltage supply but thats rare. Also I really do not recommend the way he wired that battery. Voltage should be applied to mic’s positive terminal with resistor and then output that signal with capacitor to avoid DC voltage going to your device and potentionally causing damage.
