Hey Alecia If you paint a layer of plain mod podge on the balloon and let it get tacky first it will work better to get it started, I made easter egg shaped baskets for my kids and it took me a minute to figure this out but finally did and that works much better...lol! Sooo messy also if you take some of the wet mod podge off the jute that helps also
