Wonderful! I am very visual, and this was a great tutorial! Thank you for taking the time to post. When my studio is complete I will be making these for my windows, and will be back to watch your video, again, to follow along.

Great video and shades turned out amazing, you've inspired me to do this!! Do you have a reference for in depth explanation on how you strung the cords? thank you!!

Instructions are great. I changed mine so that it doesn’t have pocket and dowel on the fold. Also, as the blind will most of the time be up, with your method there is always half a fold down at the top, which blocks more of the view & light. Unless it was me not understanding the measurements properly- which could definitely be the case 😬

Yes you are correct, it will always have a fold at the top and will not completely roll up all the way. I liked the way it looked so I designed it that way. You can certainly adjust the pattern and the way your rings are attached so there is less material hanging down. The bottom panel being longer will also contribute to this, so shortening that will help. Shortening you panels and having more of them will also reduce the material hanging down as they will “stack” in a smaller, tighter way at the top. Glad you could make use of the video! :)

Thinking... Segment Height (double) Shade join shade for = top-fold, middle-fold, bottom-maybe no fold.
