When you are using LiFePO4 cells never cover sides, because it will reduce airflow and won't cool cells. And use kapton tape over the nickelstrips to avoid short-circuit or other accidents. By the way cool video 👍🏼

Did you check cut off voltage of each cell.. some cells cut off voltage is 4 2v.. this bms is not good for lifepo4..

not good when you use those tiny nickel strips for better current use the ones you have wider. The positive and negative side should have double strip of nickel because these places get the hottest

How did you get away with using a Lithium-Ion BMS with Lifepo4 cells? I've used both the BMS on Li-ion cells and those same 26650 cells. The voltage difference would cause issues? Be very careful when charging those.....

Steve Willson Kujur yep I just realized I said Lipo cells . I meant to safe a lipo bms with lifepo4 cells. I have the same bms, same part number. You have to be very careful when ordering lifepo4 bms, because a lot of the lips bms you find like this with use lifepo in the title. When in reality you can use a Lipo bms, but it will overcharged the cells, but still protect depending on the cutoff voltage. China bms are know to add lifepo to the title just to trick you into a purchase. Be very careful charging with that bms. Batteries are my thing and I’ve learned the hard way👍👍👍

You should also indicate which charger to charge this battery with. From lead acid battery charger.? Or from a lithium battery charger? Or with an LFP charger? I think you will make it when you find a sponsor for its charger. At least enter the model number of the charger. This is your incomplete video.
