00:19 Please pause the video for the measurements. For this project I used soft 3mm braided cord. 00:25 all lengths are in centimeters. The type of cord and how tight you knot affects the overall cord consumption.
04:20 Pattern on the bag front
34:33 Bag strap. For the bag strap use 4 cords of 800cm long. I took short cords for an example.
Size of the finished handbag - 18х25cm (Macrame part);
fringed front length - 25cm;
bag strap length - 115cm.

4m per cord it s not enought to end the bag... maybe 5m.. I tried with 4m and 4,5m like in the video and I wasn't able to finish the bag, got so frustrated. But the model it's quite nice, I love it!

@@queeniealyssa3398 depends on how fast you can work... It takes around 10 -12 hrs in total for me... But I work for 45 mins in a day approximately.

You can try with 6mts cords to follow same pattern in 3mm..the bag is quite big like 11*10 inches approximately. You can try doing 35-41rows with 4-5mts...that you give you smaller sling good enough to fit wallet, lip balm, keys and phone

the number of square knots rows does not affect the further pattern. I incorrectly gave the number of rows on the video. there must be an odd number of rows. you have it either 39 or 41. then everything as I show 4:25🙌🏼 good luck🫶🏼

I took it back to 49 rows to end on 14 square knots, but when I get to the clove hitch pattern, I don't have enough cord to finish that section, never mind have a fringe? I used the correct lengths of cord in the correct placement...???

I have now completed the bag in a completely different pattern, as there was insufficient cord to follow this pattern. I doubt I'll be following any other of your patterns, as I'm on a limited income & cannot afford to buy cord only to waste it because of incorrect measurements given, as well as incorrect instructions. For the sake of other crafters, I hope you will address those issues. Thank you.

Realmente gente,cm as medidas q ela passou não dá p terminar a bolsa,n sei q milagre ela fez,eu usei fio de malha,fiz os nó bem apertado e ainda assim faltou fio,tive q fzer mtas emendas p conseguir terminar a bolsa...mas é linda demais essa bolsa,se atentem as medidas.

Hi, of course. But your bag will be ab.1,5 times larger than this one. The size of this bag is 25x18cm. And accordingly you need to take longer cords.

Hi, this is one what I used. I knot very tight and used soft 3mm braided cord. If you use another cord or knot not so tight, cut the cords longer. Anyway 2 cord rolls or 200m should be enough 🙌🏻

Hi! the bag will be very small - 1,5 times smaller. Accordingly, you will need cords shorter by ~1.5 times. I would advise you to take cords with a margin

This tutorial is so easy and beautiful untill.... you run out of cords. And not 2 but sudenly you run out of 20 cords at the same time. I think you should update this video with correct measurements especially since people told you in the comments this happened to them as well. I wasted so much time more on making this bag because of this.

I made 51 rows of square knots (in the video is 50, sorry). Anyway when you start knotting the bag you will see for yourself what length of the bag suits you. Square knots form the purse/pocket itself. The next flower pattern actually starts on the front part of the purse

Нитей не хватает, отрезайте всё одного размера и побольше. Длинные нити в конце остаются основами, а короткие -рабочими нитями. Ещё ошибка! Плетите 49 рядом квадратного узла. Сейчас исправляю ошибку данного мастера, из-за нехватки нитей не возможно завершить узор☹️
