How would you take it off the dowel if you wanted it not hanging? 😊

You can cut the dowel down to the size you want, or use a ring.

I am hoping to use this for a plant hanger but with only four pieces of rope, Im not sure how to do that. Any tips?

Make two sets, then at the bottom you have bring them together. Attach your ropes to a metal or wood ring instead of a dowel. What do you think about that?
