1 - Wooden ring
6 - 150 inch (381cm) 3.35mm single strand cotton rope
2 - 30 inch (76cm) 3.35mm single strand cotton rope
- scissors
- measuring tape
- pot

💙⚠️ Something you might want to know….the total length of this plant hanger (from the top of the ring to the bottom tail, with the pot included) measures exactly 30 inches/76cm If you want a longer plant hanger increase the length of your 6 cords and the amount of alternating half hitches

Everytime I cut the 6 strands to 150 inches it's too short to finish it. What am I doing wrong

💙 aw I’m sorry to hear that, that’s always the worst when you end up not having enough length 😔 Unfortunately not all rope holds knots the same. A denser fiber will take up more space causing you to use up more length. Definitely add more length to your creations than indicated on future projects
