Just want to say thank you for this tutorial 😊 I have spent many hours on this over the wknd and have just finished. Your instructions are great, and I followed them to a tee until I got stuck!! I found my spacing etc to look different, so I unknotted back to 6 arms and started again, twice, same thing happened. I used 3 mm unbraided cord so I don’t know if that made a difference ? Anyhow, I managed to add a couple of extra knots here and there to make space more even and I am very pleased with the end result 😊 Not as neat as yours, but I figure pumpkins come in all shapes and sizes 😂 I also added led lights on a cord at the bottom so it can be pulled out and turned off and on. It was a huge challenge for me, as I’m not that experienced, but thanks to you I got there in the end ❤

Hi! a square knot is tied under a black cord, we cover the black cord only with double half hitch knots

Hi, I’ve just made this, and I too struggled with the latter part, I used 3mm cord so not sure if that’s where the difference came in. However, I myself was desperate to make this for my grandson (I’m not very experienced)). So, when I got into problems where mine wasn’t matching with the tutorial space wise, I just adapted the pattern to make it fit ie added more dhhk and sqk as needed. I’ve just finished it, and I’m really pleased 😀 I altered the way I fid the bottom and have been able to add led light on a cord which pulls in and out to turn off and on. Don’t give up, if I can do it so can you ❤xxx

thanks, I'll take that into account for the next video. I used cord 4mm thick. 36 cords 120cm long in nude, 2 cords 80cm and 1 cord 65cm in black. Totally ab. 43,5m nude and 2,5m black cords.
