Thank you sir, my father spent half a day watching all of this on his small phone, redrawing every step of this video, with every single detail. He asked me to save this video for him, he doesn’t get what youtube is. He suffered from motorcycle accident 2 years ago and doesn’t feel his feet, but he spends most of his free time in his little garage and makes things for garden, cars and tools, despite walking with canes. You brought him inspiration and joy. Salute.

Very well done. Consider placing a guard at the front of the saw blade just above the guide bearings. This would prevent accidental touching OR should anyone stumble they will not get in contact with the moving blade.

A very very fine craftsman I know lopped 4 fingers of his hand when the bandsaw blade he was using broke. Pinky all the way angling up to the 1st digit of his index finger. The other 2 in that diagonal line. They reattached them, but he used to tell me when it was cold outside, if I ever lose cut my fingers off, toss them in the trash can, cause his hurt all the time. I think he was just complaining cause they hurt. I always thought I'd rather have 4 pain ridden fingers than no e at all. Crazy scar he's got too. I know another guy lost all fingers on both hands minus thumb and Pinky. Always Hawaii time for that man. That was in a winch on a dozer. His fingers were not savable. He gets by. Not on welfare. Drives a wrecker. Don't grab a winch cable too close to the drum, and ask the inexperienced guy on the machine to let line out. He might let the cable in on accident, and bring your fingers or more with it. Grab that thing as far away from that drum as possible. So you have more than plenty of time to drop that bitch before it can eat your hands. Machines have zero empathy, or conscious. They will eat you up, like you weren't even there, and just continue on with zero fucks given. They are awfully handy to have around, but don't expect an apology when you stick your head, or han in her mouth, and the bitch bites you, chews you up, and keeps on pushing. Company gal, she eats while working. Only stopping for some lube, or fuel. I know another girl that had a terrible incedent with one of those mechanical penis tools. It was bad. Caused major mental issues, broke up her marriage, kids got hearts broken, she only wants that machine now. It dont care how heavy she gets, it has a job to do, it damn fuckíng well does it with many fucks given

It may be a good idea to fill those wheel grooves in the way to have a convex shape (with a bump pointing outside) and have a crown pulley rather than regular one to hold the blades. It will require some plastic material (such as two component epoxy, but it will need a lot). Use the motor power to turn them in a lathe like style. The U shaped groove will put unecessary stress on blade teeth and will dramatically decrease their lifespan, teeth may also eat into wheel through rubber and may make them hold the blade inconsistently, which will require frequent maintainance. Beside decreasing stress on the build, crown pulleys are self centering. Very inspiring work. Thank you for sharing.

PLEASE MAKE TIME TO READ!!!!!!!! To avoid overexposure to galvanize fumes, you should have proper ventilation and avoid direct contact with zinc oxide fumes. Welders who have many years of experience also recommend drinking milk before, during and after welding galvanized steel to lessen your risk of galvanize poisoning. You may also want to purchase a welding hood fit for welding galvanized steel.
@juliosilva29425 жыл бұрын
DAS DAS
@Russell_and_Rosko4 жыл бұрын
It’s called welders fever. The milk drinking thing is an old wives tale and proper ventilation while wearing a respirator is a must while dealing with anything galvanized. I strongly suggest not ever welding anything galvanized if you care about your mental health over the long term. This is bad stuff and being in the same area, even outdoors, this stuff can poison you.
