I agree with you and the masses that the biggest pro for me is the hair freedom 🙌🏽... the versatility and not being a product junkie like I was when I was a loose natural are also key pros!!!😃 I'd say the time for my retie would be a con but when I look at the overall pros of microlocs that's not a big con.

Absolutely gorgeous. I've been on the fence with locking of years. Recently reentered my spirit...been stalking the internet for days. Started with binging on sisterlocs into, but I've determined to take my time and do this the right way and patiently...I continued to search and found you, and honestly this speaks to me more surprisingly. Once again, great video! Something that I have found to be both a pro and a con, depending on one’s mood, is having to explain what these tiny ‘ twists’ in my hair are! The con is that sometimes I feel annoyed that people don’t immediately recognize them as locs 😡 ... they’re LOCS dagnabbit! The best pro about having Sisterlocks (previously) and microlocs now, is getting to educate people about what they are, how to care for them, why I love locs in general, and how great it is to be a part of the loc community! ❤️

I just discovered microlocks with no grid I didnt know you can do that. Do you have have a grid ? I heared those who dont have a grid hair is thicker and looks more natural.
