Nice work. Figuring out the rolled radius into the tight bends takes some work. I've had my JD2 bender since 1988, before they were called JD2. My 1" and 1.250 dies are the ones I've used the most. Has to be miserable working incognito with the full face helmet. New subscriber here.

There is a roller and a bender. Roller will not be a specific degree radius, a bender will be. The rollwer cannot do the 130+ degree bends needed.

I can't find 90 inch, would it work to weld 2 or three lengths end to end?

It won't bend true, and without a sleeve in the weld won't fit in the bender unless you grind it down and sacrifice weld strength and support. So, overall, not the best.
