Your channel reflects the fact that a huge shop and every top end tool on the market is necessary to design/fabricate something. The builds we've seen you tackle make that very clear. I hope you never get bored or tired of this-and that you continue to be inspired. Looking forward to the next video. God bless.

I've justifyed this build by telling myself I need this bike to move around at the homestead. I've used quad bike and UTV for short trips but this fat tire minibike would be even better.🤔😀

Very nice! I used to own a 1970's fat tire Super Bronc mini bike. Fat tires make for some strange geometry in corners, so be prepared on your first ride. Loving the project so far!

@@DonnDIY The further the traction patch is away from the center of the tire (when you lean) the more wonky it feels. You'll see. Still fun to ride, but can get crazy if you are riding on uneven terrain or hit a rock or log with the side of your tire. Hopefully your bike rides better then a Super Bronc. Your design sure appears much sturdier.

What if you turn the engine 90°, so the mounting base is verticle? Might require relocating the oil slinger, but would improve airflow to the cylinder (while moving & without the shroud).
@DonnDIY11 ай бұрын
I guess keeping the shroud and using oiriginal cooling will be more simple than modifying the engine.🤔
@Iowa59911 ай бұрын
@@DonnDIY yeah, that is easier to not change things, but it isn't your style to do things the easy way. I'm sure the shroud is better for stationary operation, but minibikes aren't stationary (when built correctly).

I just finished one that looks exactly the same 2 months ago, same tyers, same frame, 7.5hp, but used a jackshaft to gear it down.
