Nice job! Looks easy enough. I like it that you didn’t obsess about measuring for the gaps and instead used a spacer to keep it simple.

Did you prep the wall at all? I mounted some in my gym and several came down and broke. I should have prepped the wall with some alcohol to clean it.

I did not prep the wall in any way beforehand. It had been painted relatively recently (within the past year) so it wasn't too dirty or dusty. The double sided tape I used in the video has been insanely strong.... so strong that when I tried to move a few of these panels months later, it was very difficult to remove them from the wall without breaking them. I'm shocked at the strength of the adherence of the tape I used.
