Great conversion, there is a lot of skills in it, drawers partitions, dishes organisation to avoid rattles etc. and obviously a lot of searches prior to. So we are going backwards binding the videos ;-) The sink is perfect where it is, a lot of people use the sink for a temporary shower in the hallway, our roadtrek has would doors, that turns our hallway in front of our toilet into a shower area.. super fast. Love the color scheme .. Super bien fait!! I wish we had access to your dads for our next build too!

Just a safety thing I learned when living in Germany where first aid kits are mandatory, keep it in the passenger area close to you. That way if someone hits you from behind you can still get to it easily. Great van!

We are always struggling to see how much details we give, or how much we need to make things easier to understand. This subject can get pretty complicated if we just talk about everything. We'll see if we can make more of these informational videos on more specific topics (electricity, plumbing, etc.)

It appears that vanlife montreal builds van for 4 seasons with a water system ie shower and all adapted to our canadian 4 seasons.

They do. But the same physics apply to their van: if you are planning on going full time during the winter in Quebec, you will need to heat your van 24/7 to avoid the water system freezing up and blowing your pipes, no matter how well insulated your van is. And heating a van 24/7 just sounds wrong.

We got a 2019 ford transit extended. Drove several, Dodge didn’t work for us because of the Seat height and windshield caused a blind spot.

Yeah, although we love our windows, it does keep the van colder in the winter. What we do is ''insulate'' them with reflectix. It partially does the job, but we really wanted those big windows.

Did you ever think about putting a raised bed over the dining area? It seems like it would be easy and then you would have it made,just push a button or pull rope if its manual pullie .
