DIY: Multimedia Bluetooth Boombox Speaker

In this video I am showing you in detail how to make a proper 100W (50Wx2) Bluetooth speaker using TDA7492 Class D Power Amplifier and four 8Ω speakers. I have included the circuit diagram and wiring connections in the video. Used dc/dc isolator B0505S to avoid ground loop/ "hum" effect.

I don't think so, because he is powering with 12V+-1V. The max power of this amp would be tested with 26V

Good ideal speaker combination but the VOL didn’t seemed as if it was measured, run your hole saw in reverse then forward without a splintering cut, a thicker walled box would of been ideal as well. Use 1/4-1/2 inch walled box and place the vent tubes in the rear or on opposing sides! Keep it up!

Okay so you don't need a 24V power supply with this amp..? My amp range says 15-24v power supply... 12V battery still okay?

12v battery is ok but higher amperage. Higher the current more power you get!

There are two things, I don't like here. 1. First you measure the wrong diameter on the bass reflex tubes and then your cutouts are even too big. 2. In my opinion the wood is too thin. My choice is at least 12mm material, even for small boxes like this. If I would use wood like yours, I would at least put some strengtheners in it. On the other hand, I even use strengtheners, while using 19mm material. Otherwise its a solid build.
