Diy must have A2 card template using Microsoft Word.

In this video, I will show you how to create a template for 2 A2 cards (5 1/2 × 4 1/4), for now and future. Especially when needing several cards and to different people or just same design bulk cards. ln case you need a guide, here are the steps to help out.
1) Open Microsoft Word and chose a blank page.
2) Go to Layout. chose 0.5 margin all around. Then keep orientation as portrait, paper size 8.5 x 11 and choose 2 Columns.
3) Go to insert shape - choose diagonal line. Place lengthwise in middle of page. Go to shape format - look for "Align" - do center. Repeat this step for 2nd line 1/2 way across width of page.
4) Go back to insert tab - look for insert box - chose draw box - place 1 in upper and 1 in lower sections as shown.
4b) Add and edit your test till you are happy with it. Please note you may need to play around with this step in the process, until you get font and sentiments where you need it.
5) Once you are happy with your wording and font size and style, do a test print on regular printer paper or any letter size (you may also put slight crease lengthwise and horizontal on your test paper) with boxes and lines black, to make sure that the sentiments are centered on the right side. If satisfied with test print, remover lines and text boxes as instructed below.
6) To remover the lines and text boxes, highlight each one, go to shape format, shape outline and change to white color. You may do another test print at this point.
7) Now you can save your template and use it whenever you need it.

How do you store your template in your computer to retrieve at anytime?

So once I am done designing, I save it as "A2 Template " for example. So once it is saved, you just open Microsoft word, and it should be listed under your saved list. My Microsoft is in Edge browser. I will do a follow up video, to show the save ! Auto safe options. Thanks
