The pocket removal I did also a good while back, but here’s the reason why. The back pockets on a pair of jeans each had a rather large button, and someone one came off of a pocket. Sooo in a nutshell, if you lose an irreplaceable pocket button- there ya go!! (Not that they couldn’t actually be replaced though) Anyway. Thanks btw. Lovin your DIYs!

I made the jacket, seriously can't be easier, plus I cut out the collar, it turned out mega cute👌🏻 and the jeans with the ripped edge, also I made it maternity one... I wanna make the destructured pockets in another jeans or skirt, looking for one that get the feeling for it 🙃 thanks for this diy! Loved it!

Thanks! I made it! Just took a blouse from the thrift store and fabric glued on a lace trim with one straight edge and one scalloped edge. Straight edge on the button placket, scalloped edge on the outside.

One thing-you said you wanted the little Levi’s tab to stay there so you did the other pocket, but the Levi’s tab actually is separate from the pocket once you rip the seams and you can just sew it on again. I love transplanting pockets from too big vintage Levi’s to the butt of jeans that fit me but are boring brands like Wrangler or Lee!
