Artists and extremely hyper creative people (like myself) often go into the dark tunnel of nothing. It’s not a fun place. While there, our emotions are on overload and depression sets it. Days, weeks, months and sometimes years pass before we crawl out. Been there many times, crawled out every time. I never suffered that feeling going through cancer, but I did with my creative energy. 🤷‍♀ So, I understand. Being a positive person and filled to the brim with that energy it’s hard when it pops like that. I find when I’m on the light side again I’m filled with new enthusiasm and go like a house on fire. 😂 Welcome back and much success to you with Rocknot. 🥰❤

Why you were so distressed - why you were on the phone with your cousins in Israel, like I was too! Oct 7 was the most devastating day for Jews since the Holocaust and we are still suffering the effects.
