I am new to seeing I was wondering if you took the 45inches and folded that in half or is is 90inches folded in half? I'm assuming the 90 inches but I wanted to check

It didn't take me long at all. It's just like putting a duvet cover on a comforter! Hope that helps :)

Can you put the whole mat into the washer or fo you bring the poly fold out and just wash the fabrics?

No problem, I was the Matt and pillow both once a week. I just throw it in with all of her laundry and wash it together!

This is perfect for day time napping.. but I keep over night on weekends. I've been using a combination of air mattresses.and sleeping bags. Do you think your idea would work well for the whole night? I love the idea of picking my colors!
