We like to see how you use the hydraulic press to insert the PU rods.

Drill a hole in the middle straight through the top and use large washers then insert bolt add nut and hey presto less work cheaper cost. It still gives abit and feels stiffer. Works well for me and you're welcome 🇬🇧💪
