Ambiance and premises is very very poor and staff service is worst. Waiting time mentioned is 25 mins and it took more than an hour to get the food and mentioned in menu saying about spice level as per our requirement, but nothing was maintained. I asked for more spice and I got the flat palov and I'm not happy. When I was there 2 incidents happend and ordered for veg and he got a egg palov and customer came and asked for this and the employee replied that veg palov includes egg and it is in the recipy and other person asked for shrimp and he got chicken and it was very wet. So please go for better service location as well. I found lot of flies in the premises and no hygiene maintained. I got wast my half Sunday for travel about 40 KMs to eat palov @ Kuchipudi Palav
