DIY Paper Mache Notebook decor | Imitation wood bark

In this video, I will show you how to decorate a notepad using papier-mâché (paper mache). How to make a cover page for a notebook with imitation of tree bark and moss.

In my work, I used the simplest materials, so that this master class was easy to repeat.
I made a lot of papier-mâché from paper napkins and PVA glue.
Put it on the cover of a notebook and made the texture with a toothpick.
I also made letters from napkins. I wet my hands with water and twisted a napkin into flagella. From what later laid out the letters on a notebook.
Before staining, the notebook must be dried. It will take several days.
Using black, white and brown acrylic paint, I painted the notebook. Letters painted copper color.
For leaves, I made a mass that dries in a day. It can be replaced with any finished one.
As an experiment, I glued real moss, which was dried in advance.

Прекрасная работа, слежу за вашим творчеством, многие идеи взяла на карандаш. Но сегодня хочу дать совет - видела у вас в работе молд - листок папоротника, у меня тоже есть такой. Он не очень нравится мне в работе, но я приноровилась использовать его при лепке обычных маленьких листиков. Просто делаю из массы "каплю", прикладываю его к вершинке молда, придавливаю пальцем и рельефный листочек готов. Попробуйте, у вас много работ с листьями, может понравится.
