So many things! You have put so much care and intention into this video. Translations of temperature and language. You're brilliant love. Your breads are so great. I want to make bread now. I had fun with some gluten free drop biscuits and crimini mushroom gravy a few weeks ago. Yum yum get me some more dough play. Jen's website is great, too! Now, on to Day 3! Yea, me!

I don’t know if it’s ended yet but I love green bean casserole. Super typical I know but I make it entirely from scratch and it’s amazing! I also add Dubliner cheese to mine in chunks.

Lyra Madrona I saw after I replied. 😂 I’m 1/3 of the way through the video but didn’t want to forget to enter. And casseroles are life! So simple and good! Idk if there’s a Slovenian equivalent to hygge but that’s how it feels to me!

Karina D it totally feels like a hygge sort of thing, for sure. 💖

hmm, my fave holiday food? Holiday food for me is one of aroma, the spices this time of year (spices, citrus, pine). I love homemade holiday foods that embody the aromas (plants) of the season (honey cake for yule) and also cultures of this time of year of celebrating the returning of the sun (etc). (you can find me on facebook...we have a mutual cheeze head friend...Lisa S.) Question on making bread there, have you tried to do a sourdough start (wild yeast) to skip the yeast packet?

I recognize your business name. ;) I love aromas of the season too! Pine, beeswax and honey are three of my faves. Have you ever smelled beeswax absolute? I got a sample from Uncle Harry's once for potential aromatic formulations. Legit smelled exactly like tobacco to me! Crazy! 💜

Lyra! I am playing catch up here. The videos are super so far. Getting my fill of Lyra Love! I love cider and mulling spices slowly brewing and stewing for hours on the stove and roasted chestnuts. Fills the home with all the things nice and gets things going to get all the other dishes made. YUM! and warm. museofconsciousliving on IG ;) Lotsa love to you and your great adventures
