Not bad but like the other guy said use a 18 or 24 tooth bimetal blade and Never force the cut. Also clamp it tighter so it won't spin while cutting which will give a more accurate cut. Also make yourself a gauge so once you get the correct distance out set the gauge and you can quickly set the next piece to cut. I never trusted the angle gauge so use a radius gauge and make a piece of paper etc. as a quick set up for that degree of cut.

Ur using the wrong kind of blade bud. That is a jagged blade for aluminim/brass ect, use a "supercut band saw blade 54 1/2-inch x 1/2-inch x .25-inch, 20-24 tpi bimetal blade " From amazon, its a straight tooth blade and it cuts stainless like butter and you dont need to pull the blade down to cut it. Also if u mark 1.5inch up on the part the that pivots and clamps the pipe down u can use it to index your marker line. I cut a small slit in the side of it with a wiz wheel and filled it in with marker so its always level and u line it up with the marker line on the pipe.

A 2x4 would work good, they’re 1.5 thickness. So put a 2x4 on each side of the pipe and trace them

FYI, it’s not pie, it’s called a “pi” cut because it’s dealing with radii (pi means 3.14159…..). Thanks for the tutorial man, can’t wait to make a hood exit on a turbo b18 Del Sol!

Are you being serious? These are absolutely called pie cuts, and have nothing to do with Pi, which is the ratio of a circles circumference to it's diameter. These are called pie cuts, because they resemble pieces cut from a pie, and you can stack as many pieces as you need to make whatever bend angle you might need.
