its a good design and looks, but the jointers is not locking the sheets that much, one wrong move it will dislocate easily, i suggest you to make a fixed or glued plastic joint in each corner of sheert the for locking it using a long steel from top to bottom like how you lock a hinge in the doors, it will not dislocate since it will lock all the sheets one time, it will not cost you in production
