I saw another channel use vinegar and water to keep the pleat pleated ... they squirt on the fabric and put the iron to it sets it ... helped keep the pleat perfect

This is SO gorgeous 😍 I’ve bought the pattern and I’m onto the pleating stage!! Would you recommend buying a ruffle foot to do the pleating? Or is doing it by hand better?
