Thank you. That white thing is heat-resistant ceramic wool, and is a very good insulator. You can find and buy it online

Obrigado pela sua pergunta. Essa placa de espuma branca é uma placa de espuma muito inflamável. Esta folha de espuma queimará no primeiro incêndio e a fumaça sairá pela chaminé

Thank you. That white thing is a flammable foam board. On the first fire, the foam will burn out, and the kitchen smoke will be released

Agradecer. Essa coisa branca é uma placa de espuma inflamável. No primeiro incêndio, a espuma queimará, a fumaça da cozinha será liberada
