Bro I made Bluetooth speaker with the same CT 14 module and it only takes 3.7v , 1amp, so using a single lithium battery is sufficient. Trust me I tried, tested and gifted to my friend and with one lipo battery having 1200mAh it lasts up to 3 hrs.

Yes, i know, i´m using two because i had a few pcbs with balance function to apply, with two 18650 it gives more hours of playing, but you can use only one (need to add pcb always), tank you for your feedback !!

With more sensitive drivers it could be louder, but i personally take sound quality over loudness. The speaker might sound pretty good in this video
