Having had the direct experience before of coating something only to have bumped into something as I took it over to my oven, I can fully relate to closeness being just like godliness. I enjoy your videos, as they are to the point and express a solid view or evaluation of what you are explaining. No need for rap, heavy metal or weird music to be a background and distract from what you are trying to get across as educational information on each topic.

So noticing on your copper pipe to the right is where you have the ground clamp that you drove into the ground outside correct?

I found those cheap thin filters allowed the powder to go right through it, and still powdered the rest of my shop.

YES, they will! That's why I use the 3M 3 month filters.

Do you have to worry about possible explosion or fire because powder coating powder is flammable and you are sucking it through an electric motor?

Any particals in fine dust form can be explosive/flammable if the concentration is high enough. With the combination of the filters and maintaining your equipment by keeping it clean you should not have problem of explosion or fire.

@@SmithAerosports1 well I just remember a flash and then I got up from the floor with a concussion and burnt arm hair and bangs and smoke everywhere. It didn’t do anything except knock me off my feet. I got lucky but I’m taking this kinda thing more serious now.

Paint🎨 + unwanted electricity⚡= boom🧨...... BUT, I painted an entire motorcycle in a temporary 6x8 paint booth, one side had A, ONE, filter and the other side a box fan. No go BOOM. 😁.... With the powder coating setup you have, if you still have it, just use a air nozzle an blow out the dust 👍
