If you need those 2 Volt, you can use three 1N4148 in series, or use a red LED in series with your 13V Zener.

Your mains switch is upside down. 1 is on and 0 is off. Nice piece of kit though.

The circuit breaker does not require earth to brake the circuit. It automatically brakes the circuit when an excessive current is being drawn by the device like when a short happens. So if the breaker is rated at 6 Amps for example, it will go off automatically if the amps drawn exceeds 6 Amps. This type of circuit breaker is used to protect the appliances and prevent fires. There are different types of circuit breakers that detects earth leakage and are used to protect humans.
