Аккумулятор 18650 в алюминиевый корпус без изоляции...Будет весело, когда произойдет кз и отвертка либо взорвется, либо потечет аккум... Крайне ненадежно и очень опасно.

Very nice as proof-of-concept & immediate practical use. Your next task is to make it repairable for maintenance. This means you will need a slightly bigger diameter tube so that you can easily slide out the battery, because no battery ever built is going to live forever, even rechargeable ones such as ni-cd, lith-ion, etc. When that battery dies, you will not be able to easily remove the insides because you glued everything together. So you will need some sort of base end that can come off etc. Hopefully you can build a better version. If you are good at business, you can also make a lot of these and sell at markup.
Интересно реализован реверс для моторчика, но я бы добавил кнопку без фиксации для подачи напруги)

Very well made, its compact and rechargeable too, nice. But the negative part of the battery is fully exposed, you should cover it with some tape.

@@proknow this is definitely a fire hazard. It's not cus of the aluminium tubing. It's cus the battery contacts are very close with poor solder job. Also did you clean the solder joints after? If not those wires will come loose within 2 yrs and most likely short the battery out. Other than that it looks great! It is highly advised to take extra caution when dealing with batteries!
@Sweeper01233 жыл бұрын
@@proknow it will become conductor because you did not use any kind of insulation material between that 18650 cell and aluminium tube, also you used non isolated wires (only laquer coating) from that TP4056 to switch , it is horrible work .... you should not be making tools like this, i am tearing my hair watching your video

Hey there! As a tech enthusiast, I totally agree with your suggestion to cover the battery of the DIY electric screwdriver. It's important to prioritize safety and protect the exposed parts. Speaking of handy tools, have you heard about the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It's a versatile device that offers powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, perfect for keeping your desk and other spaces spotless. Might be worth checking out! 😉

Based on the title and content, it seems like you're interested in building your own powerful electric screwdriver. While that's definitely a fun DIY project, have you considered the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It offers powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, which can come in handy for maintaining a spotless desk and cleaning your car's interior. Plus, it's portable and has efficient storage options. Check it out!

Hello, by following the links I see that the motor is in 12v while the power supply is in 4.2, it is not possible to find a motor of the same type in 5v for example, and suddenly the screwdriver actually allows you to unscrew screws which are tightened a little hard, I am afraid that the motor does not provide the necessary power since it is underpowered, there is an identical 6v motor at 300 rpm, wouldn't that be more efficient?
@rosekreuze3 жыл бұрын
i have the same motor and yes it is 12v but you supply it with lower voltage. it also has high torque! i also plan to make one but i need a momentary switch not a toggle switch which i still dont have

Gracias por tu video, pero me puedes decir que cargador necesita esa batería?? Thanks for your video, but can you tell me which charger does that battery need?
Hey there! If you're looking for a powerful electric screwdriver, you might want to check out the DIY N20 Gear Motor project. As for the battery charger, I'd recommend looking for one that supports the battery's voltage and capacity. It's always best to consult the product manual or reach out to the manufacturer for specific recommendations. Happy DIYing! 🛠️

Bro.pls reply.is this motor powerfull.can it release a tight screw?.what about using rs555 motor
Why no t solder the ends? And use a key way for the motor shaft to the collet, eventually all the torque will break the super glue and metal with a plastic bushing? Lol at least cut some groves or gimping to provide some sort of friction to it. And why was the battery in backwards??????
