DIY Pre - Runnner Bumper Kit [04-12 Colorado & Canyon]

You asked for it and we made it happen.
These frame horns allow you to add a sick looking tube bumper on your truck on the cheap. It is a perfect mounting surface to mount a light bar or some huge driving lights.
Rip off that bulky stock bumper youve already destroyed the plastic on and slap these on.
You can install these with your factory tow hook bolts.
The kit comes with 2 frame horns but does not come with mounting hardware.
You will need 4 gr8 1/2x4in bolts nuts and washers if you do not plan to ewld this to your truck.

Thanks for al the cool vids you do! Super helpful for me as a current model 2023 Canyon owner. I've got a request re: the Wolf Box Dash Cam . I know you've already installed it but did you happen to video the install? Not the best at wiring but watching an install video is what I have been looking for particularly for the 2023's

Do you use a specific kit for your rebuildt 3.7 i5 I’m looking at rebuilding mine and was wondering if you had any advice

Dnj parts typically. Though I haven't heard of anyone having issues with the cheaper timing kits. The issue you'll likely run into is needed the specific tools to repair the crank and replace the balance shaft bearings.

I think I’m going to pick up a set, how hard do you think it would be to cut the frame horns to recess it back more?

I dont know your skillset. This spacing is good spacing for a light bar or driving lights in front of the grille. Cutting the frame back wouldn't be difficult especially if you plan to weld these on.

Hey, what sized steel plate would i need to mount that and have it reach under and act as a skid plate from bar to under the car?
