Very nice tig work and build. I am worried about the steerer tube fatiguing at the threads while riding it due to bending loads. May want to consider changing to 1-1/8” and use MTB threadless stem, and/or support with upper bearings/longer head tube.

Please email me [e-mail] and I will send you photos of my project. I use it to go to work and to the course, but my scooter has a structure different from yours that we call here as an original walking machine. It comes equipped with a 2 stroke 37cc engine, very weak, it can not handle climbs, I replace it with a stationary motor, question in your project already thought of putting a torque converter ...

i cant figure out what keeps the handle bars from spinning free from the forks. seems like a weak point where that long tube is welded to the headset cap. ive have goped bars break right there

You can turn the governor screw way out and get up till like 4800 RPM instead of 3600 without removing the governor
