Today we bring back to life an old schwinn scooter, except this time it will have a small 2 stroke motor instead of the old electric motor! This motor comes from the Chinese bicycle kits, but It has been modified, an has a potential of 10+hp with some mods and cylinder work.

Personally I would’ve put a trigger throttle on it I do the same for my goped but for dirtbikes a Normal throttle is way better I also would’ve put the gas tank inside where you kept the batteries originally that way less clutter and the tank is protected. Great job man you truly have a talent and the money to pay for those tools and it was your videos that helped me find a love for welding

I live in Hungary (Central Europe) and a lot of old people get around on older 32cc models. Without license, of course, so it's kind of illegal, but so many old people do it the cops don't give a shit. As long as you ride on the side of the road and slower than 30km/h they just pass you. I too have a 66cc 2 stroke motorized bike, wich is heavily modded and custom, and has a 6 speed shifter. Still building it!

What do you use to notch your tubing? I love your projects man. This reminds me of a scooter i put a chainsaw motor on a few months ago, it is scary fast acceleration wise lol. Just about finished with my racing mower now. Keep up these builds!

Love it, but not 10Hp. These motors come with about 2.5 from the factory. With the expansion exhaust and high compression race head, you can get them to about 4hp. With some EXTENSIVE porting, a reed valve, a mikuni carb, and a case intake (which this does not have), you would be very lucky to get 7-8 hp. 10hp is possible on 50cc engines, some have managed 20hp out of 50cc (check out 2stroke stuffing, an awesome channel). But 10hp on these motors is very difficult as the platform is just not great. Regardless, love the channel man. Cheers from CA
