Was about to go buy a new ipad or potentially new camera...I have an unused DSLR collecting dust + ipad mini. Can't wait to just buy a few accessories and create something similar to this. 1 thing is I don't think it connects to wifi (my camera). I'm debating how crucial that is but it sounds like I need it for that software you mentioned. either way thanks for the video!

Hi AAMP, please fast forward to 6:20 where I explain that it uses the wifi signal in the camera to connect to the ipad, no wires involved. I personally setup a router and connect both the ipad and the camera to the LAN. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!

The price of renting out a photo booth can vary. It depends on your market and your city. I live in NYC and we charge $499 for 2 hours. If you are targeting brides for wedding events, you can easily charge $200 to $400 an hour. Research your town and see who else is offering photo booth rental services. Ask them some questions and see if you can work with them!

Sorry for the slow response. It can be hard to squeeze everyone in but that's a limitation on most photobooths. It comes down to the size of your background and how wide a lens you have. I've got a 17-55mm on a crop sensor camera, if I shoot at 17mm I'm wayyy wider than my background. I've also set it up in portrait mode to mix things up.
