Sparkle, your hair has grown! The stylist I go to for my color told me that I need to keep doing whatever I am doing because my hair has grown so much and has become much healthier. Because I have been relaxing my hair every 12 or 13 weeks and stopped relaxing for only 20 minutes, I now leave it in for about 11 or 12 minutes.

So you’re relaxed and color treated? What products do you use?

I use Aveda Botanical Repair shampoo and the strengthening conditioner. Once a month, I use a purifying scalp cleanser. I always apply the strengthening leave-in treatment, which is basically a leave-in conditioner. Lastly, I use a small amount of Aveda Brilliant to tame any flyaways. I used to wash my hair twice a week, but now I only shampoo once a week because I was stripping my hair of its natural oils. I also blow dry and style my hair once a week, instead of every other day. I hope this information helps.

You are so much neater and faster than I was😂. I could never get the hang of the brush, so I always used my hands. I just go to town using my hands once a year since I don't really wear my hair straight anyway 😅 I do one side first, rinse and neutralize then do the other side. Your hair has gotten so long 💕

Thank you girly. I normally takes me around 20 minutes to apply. I smooth my edges for maybe 15 seconds then I head to the sink to start rinsing. Here are a few tips for thicker hair: *make sure you're eating a balanced diet *keep your hair hydrated *Biotin supplements *maybe consider scalp massages *keep your hair clean *keep heat styling to a minimum *detangle your hair very gently *avoid tight hairstyles *manage stress
