It will be interesting to see how this turns out, most of the homes I have seen in Bulgaria have been a little on the rustic side ( backwards and run down) good luck.🇨🇦

Hi. Amazing work. Who did you buy the property from ? Which company ?
@jwebbnature
@jwebbnature 24 күн бұрын
@@killerdewi7631 No company, it was a personal sale. Easier, no extra fees. I first found the village I wanted to live in by viewing multiple properties around the region from online adverts, and with some new friends from the village and the mayor helping me I looked at all the places that were for sale. I'd say only 5-10% of properties for sale in Bulgaria are actually listed online or offered by a company, and when they are, they are at much much higher prices

Why are you removing all the plaster?
@jwebbnature
@jwebbnature Ай бұрын
@@lfuentes4098 Thanks for the question, so there are several reasons why it was necessary. Firstly, the plastering wasn't done very well or didn't age very well and there's lots of cracks in it. Secondly, by removing it I can see the bricks underneath as a lot of them need repairing, replacing, or repointing. Thirdly and most importantly, so that I can install insulation, water pipes and electricity lines underneath and cover them again with plaster or plasterboard :)
