1) Metallic Alcohol Ink ( I use the brass)

SAFETY GEAR:
You need a mask (at least a half face respirator) and the appropriate cartridges. Respirators can be found at Uline + cartridges are linked below. You want to buy organic vapor cartridges which need to be replaced about every 4-6 months.

So I’m not gonna lie, when I saw you starting to lay down the resin I was thinking what on earth is she doing and I kept watching to see where you were going with this. What you were doing was completely different than anything I’ve seen and therefore I didn’t understand it. But I want to tell you the way you created your geode was absolutely phenomenal. What a fun treat, to be had. Mhhhh hmph, I do declare.. absolute artist, so devine. Lol, I wish I was living a life, were it's just me and like 3 other modern day artist. And we have the stuck up attitude, as we should. For the fact, we would know all the catchiest and coolest words, and emphasize those words. I believe a southern accent, abt being raised with the culture would bring this dream of mine, this ultimate stupendous purpose, being an actually reality so Divine. Just to die for. DiankaPours gives helpful tips too she said when you do your lines try not to stop cause it will show where you stop and begin and also when you do your lines with glitter use a syringe needle that way you have control and wont have glitter all over the place, I haven't tried it out, I'm watching lots of videos to learn first lol loved your work new subbie here...😍

New Sub!!! I just literally started using Resin, after talking myself out of using it or even trying to use it for about six months, and made my first set of coasters. I wanna learn geode's this is very explanatory, and thank you for mentioning mica powders. Mine are crap!!! I ordered them from Amazon and the only thing they are good for is my candle making. I didn't like glitter at first, but after watching another channel, I think I'm really interested in it. Thanks for being extremely explanatory. This is pretty!!!...:)

Thanks for this awesome tutorial! I just found you today! So happy about that. I subscribed & rang your bell! This came out just beautiful. Your tutorial already answered some of my questions I have been having. Thanks trillions! 🙏 😂 I have all of my supplies except for my geode panels. They are on their way. I do have several gesso cradle boards that I thought I should practice on first. Some with medium texture & a few with a coarse texture. Do I need to sand those smooth? If so, do I then need to gesso them again. 🤔 Thank you very much for letting me know. 🙏😊😍🐇💓💕

As for the gesso boards, I’m not sure what they look like so it’s hard to say, but you can’t go wrong with giving them a nice sanding ! The smoother the better although I wouldn’t worry too too much.
