I tape my dowels towards the lower half and add the vaseline to the masking tape. I add it to the silicone plugs as well and use the plug to coat the top hole. I'm prepping to make a small stash of pens.

Beautiful!! Stunning!! Just a quick tip put your epoxy on the middle of the pen and move it towards the ends to prevent the hope from being covered and makes clean up way easier 😉 that will also help with the pen not sticking to you dowels.

Hello! This was so helpful and has made me confident that I can make pens, too!! However I didn't notice which type of resin you are using. Is it the same resin for before the glitter pouring, at the very end for the final coat?? The is a lock on the top. Open the lock by doing this when you put the measurements they will stay the way you want and they won’t change. This is if you are using cricut machine.
