Would it be easier to sew the fringe on before you sew the front and back of pants together, that way you can sew the fringe straight across the pant legs.

Diana Gomez Recommend fabric that is stiff no electric ,if you want whit leggings it can work , but you have to put the leggings on and then plase the fridges on the leggings, if you put the bridges and then put the leggings on it won't fit

Pretty work but you should had chosen darker background rather than white on white, your work is getting hidden on the white background.
