Hi my age is 19 and i have not seen hair growth in my crown area for about 2 yrs. I don't have receding hairline but my little bit of the front crown have dense hair but rest of the crown's hair density is really low and there are many really small spots in which there is no hair growth for more than a 1.5year and i have been using minoxidil 5% for 1.5 years now. Rosemary e.o is much more concentrated & is way too strong for water based serums which has other powerful ingredients. It might just become too strong for the scalp.
