yes, you can. 100ppr working well but increasing the ppr value wheel becomes more smoother.

Steering wheel parts- Arduino Leonardo (from Pettah) - Rs.2650 BTS7960 - Rs.1450 775 motor - Rs.1960 60T-8mm + 20T-5mm pulley + 200mm belt - Rs.1800 600ppr Encoder (from AliExpress) - Rs.2500 (+Shipping) pillow bearing x2 - Rs.740 L motor bracket - Rs.500 Lencoder bracket - Rs.500 Cpu fan (from Pettah) - Rs.400 jump wire male to female (40pice) - Rs.180 PCB dot board - Rs.100 Ik resistor x2 - Rs.6 Total - Rs12786 I didn't remember the price of the pedals, and I didn't buy the woods or slotted angle bars because I already had them. I only paid for potentiometers and pedal covers. but I think it can be done under Rs 16000 (complete setup)
